LAYAWAY PLAN and RETURNS
Once you have chosen a pipe, a down payment and the term of the layaway is agreed upon. You can make payments or simply pay the pipe off by the end of the contract. The details can vary but generally my policy is 20% down and a term of 90 days. Layaway returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%
24 hour inspection period on purchases for other returns, items must be returned in 7 days in the original condition as shipped. Refunds will be give minus shipping and insurance fees.
